Bringing AMZ to Arbitration to Release Frozen Funds / Inventory & for Seller Reinstatement

So I’ve been asked during arbitrations, “CJ, you seem to really love the arbitration process. Why? How could you love this process of bringing AMZ to arbitration?”

Well, it brings up my prior career. I was a plaintiff trial lawyer. What does that mean? I was the guy picking juries, cross-examining witnesses, arguing for millions of dollars to be awarded to my clients who were victims of car accidents and slip and falls, medical malpractice, employment discrimination. I absolutely adored it. I loved being in court. I loved being on trial.

What’s really cool about arbitrations is it allows me to work with my team: my partner, Rob Segall and his right hand person, Ashley.

It allows me to bring all of my skills over the last couple of decades of trial skills, evidence, persuasiveness, all together with what we know about Amazon, from all of the thousands of sellers that we’ve helped, all brings it to a head and fight Amazon for an order compelling it, compelling Amazon to give you your money, release your inventory to you, or if it can’t seem to return your inventory to you, to pay for it.

So I guess that’s why I love taking Amazon to arbitration because it really brings all of my skills, all of my years of training all together. I love the battle for the David of sellers against the Goliath of Amazon through arbitration.
