A suspended account brings an Amazon seller’s entire operation to a halt.
Account suspensions on Amazon are extremely common, due largely in part to Amazon’s strict adherence to customer obsession, a strategy outlined in their main principles. If the Amazon team believes that, for any reason, your selling procedures are not maintaining this standard, you may wake up one day to an Amazon suspension.
Amazon’s dedication to top quality customer service leaves the sellers hanging in far too many cases. This is where the Amazon Sellers’ Lawyer team comes in – with a unique mix of talent, a strong knowledge of Amazon culture, and all the right experience to back it up, our team caters to Amazon sellers who have been suspended for any reason, offering a valuable weapon to avoid being left at the mercy of seller performance.
How long until Amazon reverses an account suspension?
When we draft your POA, we attach all exhibits and documents that will help your seller account get reinstated – these may include copies of invoices from your suppliers, proof of your copyright or trademark, and other information to solidify your case.
We will carefully address every issue in question that may have led to the suspension of your account in a detailed Plan of Action. Once your Plan of Action has been submitted, we look for a response from Amazon within two days.
If we do not receive a response within two days, we will then send a follow up to Amazon regarding the account suspension. We’ll remind Amazon that we adequately addressed each issue, provided documentation, and attach the Plan of Action sent initially. We’ll politely request a response from Amazon regarding the suspension.
How Long To Get Reinstated?
It’s understandable that many suspended sellers are anxious and uneasy in this situation – but sometimes, a little more time on Amazon’s end is a good thing. This means they are reviewing your information carefully, which may give you a better chance of reinstatement.
