Inauthentic Complaint Success Story


A seller was suspended for an inauthentic complaint on fragrances.

What happens often is that consumers will complain that the scent was too strong, too weak, or not the same as they remembered. Complaints about strength of scent are common; fragrances react differently to our skin at different times, which changes the way they smell at any given point in time.

Every Plan of Action and Appeal is written for each seller’s individual situation. After drafting the first Plan of Action, which was denied, we wrote a second appeal. Amazon requested more information, so we provided the buyer and supplier information, along with copies of the invoices for review by seller performance.
