Amazon’s Update for Counter Notice Submission is Causing Listing & Account Issues for Sellers

Hello, Amazon sellers. Over the past few months, we’ve seen more and more issues with sellers submitting a counter notice.
Previously, sellers were able to submit their counter notices through an email to CounterNotice@amazon.com.
This email has been confirmed to be no longer valid.
Instead, sellers have been advised to submit their notices through the account health dashboard.
While this new method has been thought to be easier for sellers as they could track the progress of their submission, it continued to cause issues. We’ve seen that counter notices are still not getting processed and wrongfully taken down listings are still not getting reinstated.
