Amazon Sellers’ Inside Information: How to Communicate with Amazon Seller Support – Tips Sellers MUST KNOW.

Today, I’m talking about communications with Seller Support and what I would recommend on how to communicate with them.

Oftentimes, Seller Support can give contradicting information for a single issue. We’re not saying that’s wrong information, but sometimes they tell sellers that, “Oh, this authenticity issue is nothing for you to worry about.” Other times they say, “Yes, please address this authenticity issue.” So if you have any doubts, first and foremost, please contact us 1-877-9-SELLER. We have a great team to help advise you with appropriate ways and actions to either appeal or address issues on your Amazon account health.

Now with Seller Support, ALWAYS have everything in writing. Make sure you have the representative on Amazon’s side send you a follow-up email or case log. Always have something memorialized or written or typed or sent to you, where you can see that copy. So a case log email can definitely help down the line because, again, with the Seller Support representatives, they can give contradicting information and you always want to know that, “Hey, I followed through with this representative’s approval for a second account,” in case that second account gets a related account suspension or this representative said that there’s no need to worry about this IP complaint, for example, and then the complaint managed to shut down the account.

You always want to be aware with what Seller Support says. If you’re unsure on how to handle your issue and they’re giving contradicting advice, always have it in writing and always find some help or consultation to verify that, “Hey, this issue is urgent and needs to be addressed,” and we’d be happy to help you address it.

So definitely, just have everything in writing, have everything notated, when it comes to Seller Support interactions.
