Amazon Sellers’ Guide to Avoiding Suspensions: Changes to Amazon’s Business Services Agreement

Brianna Stanco, intern at AmazonSellersLawyer.com and editor to one of our books, “Your Guide to Amazon Suspensions” discusses changes to Amazon’s Business Services Agreement.

Part of Germany’s antitrust authority settlement with Amazon is a 30-day notice before suspended sellers are removed. Amazon must also supply reasons why sellers are blocked due to alleged infringement.

This is good news for sellers as it allows them time to secure their inventory and preserve their livelihood.

The 30-day notice does not apply to sellers who are breaking the law.
