Amazon sellers, you need to be careful when you change your passwords on your Amazon account.
What am I talking about? Stick with me for one second, because before we get there, I want to make sure that every single seller, every seller knows that you can reach me by texting me. We had a seller who was selling in the US and in Canada, and that seller changed his password. Now let’s call this seller Al. So, Al changes his password on one of his sign-ins and not the other, and gets hit with a related account suspension. So we get retained, related account suspensions are really difficult because you usually don’t know which accounts you’re related to. In this case, Declan was able to persuade Amazon about how our seller changed the passwords and was able to obtain the reinstatement on the first plan of action, the first swing at the plate.
