AMZ Sellers Have No Obligation to Respond to Baseless VORYS Letters

Amazon sellers all over the USA receive threatening letters from a law firm called Vorys.

They assert absolutely baseless claims against you, and in that same letter, they insist that you provide information to the law firm.

I want to make sure that every Amazon seller in the entire country knows that they have zero, absolutely zero, nothing, nada, zilch, they have no obligation to provide any information at all to the Vorys law firm. It is not a court, judge, or jury.

If you receive one of these threatening letters claiming that you can’t resell products even though you purchased / own them, even though that when the consumer buys from you, that consumer is getting exactly the same thing that the consumer would get if they bought from an authorized seller, you don’t have to do anything at all.

Now, if you’ve received one of these baseless VORYS letters, what I suggest you do is hire a law firm. I am super confident that my team is the best on Earth to review the product and review the warranty and make sure that your sales of those products, regardless of what that law firm says, that your sales are protected under the first sale doctrine.

To learn more about what the first sale doctrine is and how it protects resellers all over the United States, go right here.
