Seller code of conduct suspensions is suddenly rising.

There’s not a huge increase, but there’s certainly an increase going on around the world. Seller code of conduct where sellers have no idea what they did wrong. What you need to do is follow Amazon’s leadership principles and do a deep dive investigation into your business. Look at what vendors you might be using and try to identify what you did because we’re not finding Amazon to be irrational. It just requires a deep dive to investigate what the code of conduct violations may be.

Inauthentic suspensions.

This is where there’s no IP complaint against you. It’s Amazon asserting itself to allegedly protect consumers. Even though we know that Amazon sells counterfeit products, but Amazon is hitting you with an inauthentic. For the first couple of months as these came in, we had some trouble but Kerry McDonald, our most senior paralegal, (the first paralegal that Anthony and I hired) has found persuasive arguments that are working for sellers across the United States and also for sellers around the world. So if you have an inauthentic, get in touch with us, tell us what’s going on, we’ll guide you to help yourself or we can handle it for you.

Patent enforcement against Amazon sellers is skyrocketing.

This includes design patents and utility patents. Design patents are how our product looks. Utility patents are new inventions. It has to do with how a product works and the complaints against sellers are absolutely skyrocketing all over the world.

If you’re not selling in Germany, you’re leaving money on the table.

It is a huge marketplace for Amazon sellers and led by Alexa Alers in our office. We now have a full team of people dedicated to helping the U.S. and other sellers around the world sell products in Germany and also dedicated to German sellers to get your products into the United States and all over the world. A whole team of people just devoted to helping you sell in Germany and also helping German sellers sell in the United States.
