Amazon Sellers’ Lawyer Team Celebrating Weekly Wins
This is one of my favorite videos that I do every week, where I get to share with you the cases we are winning. If you are a victim of a baseless suspension on Amazon, you can get your accounts and listings back. Here are just a handful of the huge successes that our incredible team has earned over the past week or so.
Ashley, a paralegal with our firm, has won a huge intellectual property design patent complaint case. Design patent complaints are all about whether or not your improvement of a product was enough to take the product outside the design patent that was issued to make the product your own. With the help of the patent lawyer that we use almost every single day, Ashley was able to identify differences between our client’s product and the original product. Ashley, you are awesome for saving this seller’s product and saving their Q4.
Max, one of the newest members of our team, won an inauthentic case by showing great sourcing documentation and also writing a concise and persuasive Plan of Action. Max also took on a client after they submitted multiple failed plans of action prior to hiring us. I don’t know if this seller hired another company to write these awful plans of action that were submitted, but Max took all of them, reviewed them all, came up with new, creative, and most importantly, persuasive arguments. And Max got that seller back online.
David, one of our managing attorneys, had a listing variation case for a seller. David was able to combine a great plan of action with a legal opinion letter that we drafted to get that seller back online. David, awesome job.
Tony won a case where a product was labeled as a medical device. Tony was able to put together a plan of action that showed how this product was more physical in nature and less medical. He got the product reinstated, which saved this particular seller’s account. Great job, Tony.
Jacques, another huge asset to our team, won a velocity suspension. For Amazon sellers who don’t know what velocity suspension means, your sales went so quickly and grew so much that you triggered Amazon’s algorithm and now you have to explain to Amazon why your product is so successful. Jacques reviewed the product, reviewed the sales, made some great arguments, and that seller’s product is back online. Great job Jacques.
Jacques had two more wins that were absolutely tremendous. One had a 72-hour window, and he worked hard and late and got that seller reinstated. Also, Jacques was able to win the reinstatement of another seller’s account by providing Amazon with a letter of authorization to show Amazon that the products were being sourced properly and that Amazon’s consumers were receiving great products at great prices.
Sometimes what is old is new again. Vin, who has been with us for many years, won the reinstatement of a seller’s account at this vital time of year, by taking our lawyer’s letter and our plan of action and FAXING them into Amazon. Vin, you are incredible. Thank you for doing a great job and saving this seller’s account. You save jobs and that goes a long way. That is important to people.
