What is FBA?
Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) is a service by Amazon that provides storage, packaging, and shipping assistance. The program allows sellers to ship merchandise to an Amazon fulfillment center, where items are stored in warehouses until they are sold. Customers can contact customer support day or night, provided at no extra charge to sellers, with the exception of the Returns Processing Fee for select product categories.
If you’ve received a safety complaint on Amazon, Jacques suggests to ask Amazon FBA to execute a bin check to make sure that the products in question are discarded so that you don’t have any complaints going forward.
