AMAZON SELLERS LAWYER SUCCESS
We help drop shippers every day of the week. They are incredible business people who can do the research and find products for less than what people are buying and selling them for online, especially on Amazon.
Amazon is coming down on drop shippers, causing problems with getting accounts and listings back online.
As many sellers are aware, drop shipping is prohibited on Amazon. This left one client in an interesting position, as he was unable to provide invoices but still needed to get his account back.
At this point, he came to us for help. The client initially contacted us through the chat on our website, which is manned every day but Sunday. Otherwise, there is always someone available to reach back out.
After the seller reached out through the chat and I found out that they were drop shippers, we let them know that it was going to be a hard fight. We can’t tell you that it’s going to be 100% success and we don’t bullshit anybody. Not everyone gets everything that they want, but we do try to get everyone in a better place than they were when they first reached out, and that’s what we were able to do for this drop shipper.
When we first received this case, we decided that we would not admit to drop-shipping, but instead say we did not retain these invoices for the past 365 days.
Amazon Drop Shipper Account Reinstated Without Invoices
This drop shipper was receiving his items from Sam’s Club, and we had the seller contact Sam’s Club and receive a sales summary report, which shows the item that was bought, the date it was purchased, and the purchase price.
We drafted an appeal, provided the sales summary report, stressed that these products were authentic, and the seller’s account was reinstated.
Everything we do for sellers is a team effort. I want to talk for a minute about everyone involved with this particular seller / drop shipping issue.
First, Sean Law, who I’ve known for many, many years is a remarkable young man who knows our business inside and out. He has been a paralegal since before he began working with our client relations team. What you should know about Sean—just like Brett or Jason or Jen—he knows our piece to the Amazon puzzle inside and out. We are happy to have Sean as a member of our growing team.
Travis Stockman, who also worked on this case, is a fantastic lawyer. We are blessed to have him as a friend and as a member of our team. He is incredibly detail-oriented and very thoughtful. He can think outside the box while making sure every single “i” is dotted and every single “t” is crossed. There is no better person who we want working for our Amazon sellers.
Dana Rodriguez is just incredible. I don’t think there is anyone more committed to helping sellers solve hard puzzles than Dana. I am so blessed to have such remarkable people on our team, who came together collaboratively to help this seller out.
