A client of ours kept receiving performance notifications about misusing ASIN variations. This is not a common performance notification.
Misuse of ASIN Variation
An employee for the client was creating detailed listing pages that were manipulating by putting characters before and after a brand name. Once the listing was created, the client was then removing those characters and selling a gated brand.
The client was busted by Amazon. They received multiple performance notifications. We took multiple reviews of the account. The client was unsure why he was receiving these. Turns out, someone that works for him was doing it behind his back and he had no idea.
