Every plan of action is conferenced among our entire team. We all know suspensions are awful. If it’s an entire account, they lock you out sometimes, they hold your inventory, they hold your money, Amazon will charge you storage fees. If you borrowed money from Amazon, you still have to make your note payments. We try and get every suspension, every plan of action out the door and resolved as quickly as possible.
Where does our Amazon sellers suspensions knowledge come from?
Our information comes from thousands of reinstatements and thousands of plans of actions. It comes from writing countless policy team escalations. It comes from countless Bezos escalations, dealing with notice disputes. We have taken on the role of representing Amazon sellers in arbitrations against Amazon, taking on the roll of cross-examining Amazon’s witnesses over and over again. We have a lot of information that nobody else has. We use all this information that we are able to compile to help Amazon sellers with your plans of action, your IP issues.
What’s going on with review manipulation suspensions?
Amazon is removing all your reviews. Then Amazon is sending out emails but then not allowing new reviews. If you receive this problem, give us a call and we’ll try and talk your way through it. If you are suspended or you’ve lost a listing that’s vital to you, you can hire us to draft your plan of action.

Only some sellers have it, but there is a little bit of a change to the dashboard. Most of the changes that get instituted are good and we like most of the changes. But again, Amazon can be very harsh and it’s not a perfect system.
Related accounts suspensions:
Used to be absolutely deadly, now they’re not and we have had a lot more success in getting related accounts suspensions, getting the older account back online. If it’s a newer account that you’ve promoted, and made that one more valuable, we still tell you to take a step back, look at the long-term goal and work on getting the original, your oldest account, reinstated. You can then build that account back up.
