Dear Amazon Sellers,

I am posting this letter because I think it is important for the world to see how Amazon reacts to decisions the company doesn’t agree with… even when it is supposed to provide Sellers with a fair method of dispute resolution:

  1. The conglomerate attacks a woman who likely needs her job and threatens her career via numerous false statements and by leaving out very relevant facts (i.e., Ms. Cook decided numerous issues against us, other case managers also ruled that additional fees were unneeded and we have not solely filed cases in NY for a long time);
  2. Amazon threatens to take their “dispute resolution” to another company that will lean in its favor. How then would Sellers ever get a fair hearing?

Also, you will notice that the letter from Amazon’s lawyer is dated November 19, 2018. Amazon’s lawyers acted improperly by not providing me with a copy when it was sent. Instead, we received the letter and the AAA’s refusal to comply with Amazon’s demand a few days ago and I just read it for the first time as I was out of the office the last couple of days to appear in court in Chicago before Judge Chang in the Northern District of Illinois on an unrelated matter.

If anyone reading the material can provide more instances of Amazon engaging in similar conduct that you think we should know about, please contact me.

Thank you,

CJ
